Board of Directors

Under the requirements of our incorporation papers, JGS Toronto is required to have at least three Directors and no more than 10.
The three Directors are the President, Treasurer and Secretary. Among the other Directors are one or more Vice-Presidents. Other officers, agents or delegates may be appointed who may carry out work on behalf of the directors.
Our Board of Directors consists of four named positions, namely President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary; and up to six Directors - each with a specific responsibility.
Elections are held annually at the General Meeting in December.
