Dr. Margaret Ann Wilkinson is Director of the Area of Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario. As an adjunct Professor in the Richard Ivey School of Business, she is involved in the Health Sector stream. Formerly a practicing lawyer in Toronto, she is also trained as a professional librarian. Dr. Wilkinson teaches several courses, speaks and writes in the areas of intellectual property law (copyright, patents, trademarks, industrial design, confidential information, etc.), other information law (privacy, personal data protection, censorship, telecommunications regulation, etc.), and professional ethics and professionalism. She supervises graduate students in a number of disciplines who are interested in these issues. |
