Unusual Resources for Genealogical Research for Western Galicia, Poland

One can add depth to genealogical research by accessing unusual resources such as various government records, court proceedings, interwar identification documents (complete with photographs), school and university records, property and business documents, wartime ghetto records and more. Unusual resources are easier to access while visiting Poland or other countries of origin, where people can access local archives, go to ancestral places of residence and cemeteries and interview people. Many examples of documents will be presented in a slide show.
